Weighing in at a whopping 6 grams, I introduce you to my newest corn snake, Loretta, from Christen. I'm so excited to have her!

She is a very calm, sweet baby. I wanted to take some size comparison photos and I had a little container ready to cover her with to keep her still for photos, but as it turns out, I didn't need it! She had no desire to escape or go anywhere. She was happy to sit there and let me pose her next to a quarter.

Loretta gets more red with every shed. This is just a quick picture I took before I fed her.

Loretta continues to get more red. She also never wants to stop moving when I'm holding her, so it was hard to get her face in focus!

I love her thick borders and her busy side pattern. She's quite an active snake, so I often find her cruising her tank when she thinks no one is watching.

Thank you! The pictures don't show it very well, but her little pin stripe is becoming quite red, which I really wasn't expecting, but it is a pleasant surprise!

She is the one with belly checks down the middle isn't she? I wonder if we are going to be able to see a rf wash on her. She sure is turning out beautiful. I love how her red is coming in but keeping those dark boarders. Her brother Dash as lost most of his boarders but he is turning quite red as well.

Yeah, she has crazy belly checkers. Most of her belly is very dark, but her checkers get especially concentrated as you get closer to the tail.

Loretta got to be a model today, although I don't think she appreciated it. She's around 125 grams now, so growing nicely. I had nothing with a nice background, so she had to sit on a paper towel!
