NonVenomous
Bronny
I went on vacation in September to the Shenandoah Valley and went to the Luray Zoo and Reptile Rescue in Luray, Virginia. I took pictures of every reptile they had. I would post them here, but there's 171 pictures on the album! lol. So I give to you the link of the album if you want to see the pictures...
The Luray Zoo and Reptile Rescue pictures
There are doubles in there as my camera takes simultaneous pictures with and without the flash so I can decide later which ones look better. I kept them both for most the animals so you can see them in in natural light and with the flash.
While I am incredibly happy to have seen so many venomous snakes in one place, I was very disappointed with the state the reptiles were kept in. They have two small snake rooms. Everything was dirty. The glass wasn't wiped down, the walls were dirty. I understand that the snakes are on display, but 75% of the viv's (if you would call them that) had just a water bowl in there with the snakes. No hides, no branches to climb on (there were a few with branches, or lucky enough to get a rock). I understand that most the snakes are venomous so cleaning is a task, but yeah, I was disappointed. Most of the pictures don't show it, but *shrugs* ...
Anyways, I hope that you enjoy the pictures. Feel free to leave comments in the album if you want.
