Male rejecting female

I've been pairing my bloodred (het hypo lavender stripe) male to my hypo lavender stripe female for a while, and initially he was incredibly interested but the female was rejecting him. Now the issue is he's absolutely uninterested in her while she's receptive of him (twitching and tail lifting as soon as he's in the bin). He's been successfully locking with another female and has sired multiple clutches so this has me a little baffled.

For a little background they've both been brumated and had their post brumation sheds. I can feel developing follicles in the female as well. The female he's been locking with however has much more well developed follicles which could be affecting his interest?
