Misty and bubblegum's clutch

So about four weeks ago Misty my lavender Q-Tip laid 16 eggs two of which were infertile and lots of the others looked infertile too. After two of the eggs went mouldy I decided to candle the others to see if I should be expecting to lose any more. The candling went well and all eggs have very distinct veins and movement!. I currently have 14 eggs that are perfect and I am excited and nervous about their colours, here's why. When I first went to breed Misty I put her in with Humbug my caramel/ghost the first half of his body is caramel and exactly half way he turns into a perfect ghost, anyway he didn't seem interested and I saw him chasing her around the viv but I never saw her submit to him. I then put her in with fruitella who is an amel stripe, I never saw him chase her at all so he wasn't interested at all. Finally I put her in with bubblegum my sunglow lava motley and wasted no time in chasing her and breeding, he is the only one I saw her accept. As you can see he is quite rare and she is hard to get so could this rarity effect the babies growth or cause deformities ? Especially as humbug might also be the father.
