I finally got batteries for my camera! Here are a few shots of Monty. I know he's "just" a normal but I think he is beautiful. :crazy02: And he's got the sweetest little snakey personality.

Sorry that that the photo quality is not great, for some reason my old dinosaur digital cam does not want to take clear photos of little wiggly snakes. Hmmmm . . .

Nothing wrong with "just" ole normals at all. Nice looking little one you have there. OK...out of pure curiousity. What is that in the viv with him. All I could think of was it looks like a radio or something and I wondered if maybe your snake was a music buff. lol.

Actually I think it's one of those outdoor digital temp/humidity guages thing that they sell at Brookstone. If you look, you can see a 44% on there. At least that's what it seems like.

Nah, not really! It's a thermometer I got at Wal-Mart. It's very nifty, I can keep track of temps on both sides of the viv cause it's got inside/outside settings plus humidity. I've been keeping pretty close tabs on the temps as my set-up is new and I want to make sure Monty is okay. Actually I've been contemplating improving the decor in there, right now we've got a coconut hide and some paper towel rolls, a water bowl and that. I've actually only had the little guy for 2 weeks today, I didn't want to change things up til he was a little more settled.
 
Awwww, Monty's a real cutie! I love the "plain old normals," sometimes you just can't beat them in beauty, IMO. :)
