Cute little booger with a sweet lil face!! Brown as all outdoors though! :p

edited to add that David, posting a zillion pictures in a cornsnake forum of brown geckos and brown sausage snakes is not going to sway opinion, and not change this forum from cornsnakes. If you want your animals to be appreciated, you should post pictures on gecko and ball forums.

I post these threads everywhere, Beth. The gecko people appriciate these very muc! He will stay that color and his tail should become more blue. Since he is a poss double het, he'll be breeding a Caramel female and a Patternless female next season. I hope to hit on at least one combo!

I held one at a show Sunday just to see what it would be like. It was a cute little thing, very calm. It didn't go flying around like Gargs do. It had tiny cute little claws instead of suction cups...

Dawww, what a cutie! Im tempted to get a gecko or two of my own, but I cant get my husband on board yet lol

I find this to be a little rude, I love seeing photots of ANY animals, and dont feel they should be excluded, especially when this is the general forum.
By this logic, maybe we shouldnt allow posts about photography, pottery, cars, jobs or politics, because they cant be properly appriciated here.

I agree. If anyone else had posted a photo of any other herp, or any other THING at all, would you have made a comment like that, Beth?

I found it rude, but I really don't care. This is a Cornsnake forum but I did post this picture in the off topic section.

I admit, it was a bit rude.
And if it had been someone else I don't think I would have made that comment.
But on the other hand, if it had been someone else I think that somewhere along the line a picture of a cornsnake would have found its way into one of their threads!
In all the years David has been a part of this site, I don't recall ever seeing a picture of a corn from him!!

His thing seems to be iwillpostpicsoffattailsandballsuntileveryoneherelovesthemasmuchasidooo!!!!

Which as nice as they are is not likely to happen!

To be honest I think it says it in the title. I saw this as an attempt to prove that fat tails aren't boring in colors after the other thread. This little guy is beautiful but he doesn't float my boat either which I think is fine. We don't all have to love all reptiles some suit some needs where others don't and to be honest lizards are cute but they don't float my boat. lol

Beth, you should go back through my threads. I posted a lot of Corns. The point of this thread was to show off an awesome animal I am really excited to have in my collection. Lizards may not float your boat, and that's fine. Don't be rude about it though.

That is one of the coolest little geckos ever! Thanks for posting him! He has such cool colors, especially on his tail.

You might post a corn for sale, but hun, I don't think I have ever seen a "look how cool this corn is" kind of thread from you, ever!!
Nope, your little critter doesn't float my boat, but he sure is cute. Not quite sure why he is more special than a regular african fat, but I am glad you are happy with him (or her...)
I used to have a leo and she was a sweet little thing.

It might be helpful to the uninitiated among us if you would tell us why although this looks like a (albeit very colorful for an AFT) plain old gecko, what makes this particular specimen so special!

I mean I hear you going on about zero and caramel and so on, but I really have no clue. A little primer on genes when you post a cool one might further our understanding of them.

And those who don't give a carp can just skip it.
