Morph ID help please!

lovin' my sweet corns
We went to get some crickets for my beardie today & as always looked at the corns. We've never bought a corn from Petsmart before, but when we saw this one we had to have it! I am thinking Plasma(Lavender Diffused)-because the eyes are light blue with ruby red pupils(which I had hell trying to photograph)-& there is obvious diffusion & a 'scream' head pattern--the belly is mostly white with only trace goldish coloring, the allover color is kind of gold,so I'm confused because most plasma pics I've seen are more brownish as hatchlings...please help me ID this awesome little snake-great eater by the way-didn't even hesitate :) thanks for any help you can give!

I totally agree with waldo...diffuse amber or diffuse golddust, and a mighty fine specimen! Terrific find!

Thanks for the input :) we originally thought diffused carmel 'something',but it's the eyes that threw us off,I haven't seen any ambers or golddusts in person,do they also have the light blue eyes/ruby pupils?

I haven't had an amber hatchling for quite some time, but here are some different golddusts showing their lovely eye color. They start out more bluish with the ruby pupil but get more greenish as they get a bit older until eventually the iris almost matches the lovely yellow gold body color as an adult.

And having just searched through my photos, I would have to say that your new addition is most likely an amber blood instead of a golddust blood. I'll be looking for frequent updated photos as it really is a nice example of the morph, very good diffusion which isn't that common in the caramel based blood combos.

Thanks! I will definately be taking progression photos :) This is why the Silverlake Petsmart is my favorite of the big chain stores in my area--everyone there knows us & were like-"Isn't this the first snake you've bought with us?" (after looking many times) --none of them were surprised that we wanted this one though! they all wanted to find out what ya'll thought it is :)

Those aren't blue/ruby eyes, those are the stuffed green olive eyes of a caramel blood!! Nice find!!

more new pics of Lestat-

he grabbed his pinky & wrapped himself around my husband's wrist to eat-so cute :)
his eyes definately look like stuffed olives now--he just shed a few days ago & is even brighter than before-it's going to be fun to watch him progress :)

I just wanted to say that is one good lookin' snake. Excellent find. About half of mine, including what I am starting to believe is a salmon snow, were Petsmart finds.
