Mounting Thermometer On Rack

So when I was changing waters today I got tired of the thermostat tipping over behind Inez's bin when I pulled the bin out. I'd mounted the Herpstat by unscrewing one of the rack's screws just enough to hang it, but the head of the screw is too big for the slot in the back of my thermometer. So I made a hanger by bending a small nail with a pliers and a needle nose pliers.

How it looks hung up: (The wires need slack so I can slide the bins in and out. The top reading is directly over the heat cable, inside, and the bottom reading is a few inches into the warm hide, under the aspen. I just changed the setting, raised it two degrees, [96F- yikes!] and it is stabilizing).
