Moving the snakes

The house is cooled only by fans, etc. The house is very old and build in such a way that some rooms(without fans) feel sometimes like its air conditioned.

With that, the only thing I can suggest is more ventilation in the cages. Maybe even try putting a fan blowing directly on them and see how much that changes the temperature. Do you have any pictures of your setup?
Also, check them every day to keep them clean because the heat will magnify any smell from their feces.

For compensating for the heat I recommend keeping a water dish big enough for the snakes to sit in. I also put a "cool rock" in my viv on hot days with a hide on it. The surface temperature of the shaded rock feels cooler to the touch than the ambient temperature, at least to me. I've yet to observe my snake actually using those spots, but they are there if he wanted.
