my baby girl is dead

Sorry to hear about your loss also Herp14. It's never easy to lose a pet, although no one but another snake owner would understand how you could cry over a snake. I'm amazed at how attached I am to them, especially my amel.

I saw in an earlier post that someone's corn had died from kidney disesase. How did they know that's what it was?

hey herp
so sorry to hear of your loss, that would be my corn your talking about there,, i lost her last july after 5 months of battling it, she just gave in, you can read about Missy here if you like ~ all about my ultimate darling, missy
i also may have to experience it all again too, you can read about it here ~ skitzy's weight problems and here ~ skitzy's weight problem, got her to the vets
i know how painful it can be when losing a loved pet. i could see missy wasnt going to survive and yet it still hit me like a ton of bricks.
it does get easier though but there is not one single day that goes by where i dont think of her. she sits proudly on my dressing table now.
:shrugs:

I've been away at a conference and have just read your thread. I'm so sorry to hear about the tragic loss of your beloved Slinky. Shed's offer is very sweet and I do hope you consider it. I know you would like butters, but anery's are special too. I'm hoping to hatch out some butters this spring and if you are still looking, let me know and I'll see what I can do about getting you a pair.
