.. more updates coming

Snakes weren't really cooperating today, but here's a few more photos anyway.

Very interesting colors on this female thayeri kingsnake. A very neat salmon colored belly.

One of my favorite graybands. This one is a female.

Same grayband. Different angle that show how dark she has gotten.

This is the other phase of Grayband that's in my collection. This is from Hwy 277 also known as the Loma Alta locality.

This guy was very difficult to switch from lizards to mice but I stuck with it and I'm glad I did. He shed today so I couldn't help myself from taking a few photos.

Very nice! I love both Gray Bands and Variables but they are all so different and so pretty, I can't even choose one or two individuals to add to our collection!

wow, these are some gorgeous kings!!!
I love the pale green and red ones!

-i had honestly never heard of Thayuri kings until I saw your amazing photos!
and then I went to my local reptile shop yesterday for some supplies and they had a little thayuri their for sale, I'm pretty sure it was a leonise (I hope I spelt that right?)

but he sure was a little cutie! it was neat to get to see one in person right after seeing them on here for the first time! :) I got a little excited! lol

That is pretty cool Justine66. What color was it? They come in a variety of colors and patterns and that's why they are also know as variable kingsnakes.

it was bright orange and cream/white banded, with thin black lines outside the cream ones
. and he had a white snout and brown eyes. :)

yeah they differ soo much from each other, but their all soo gorgeous!

On Thayeri, the eye color usually matches the colors of one of it's bands. If you check my photos you may notice that.

lol they were a orange/brown.. I guess brown just seemed like more of a natural lable/name for an eye colour.
sorry, but they did match the orange bands. lol

As always, I love looking at your pictures!

I saw some baby thayeri kings a few weeks ago when we were picking up a crested gecko baby at a breeder's place. They had just had their first shed. So beautiful and tiny!
