Hi Seth! Welcome!
I can't really tell by that one picture exactly what your problem is. Maybe you can snap 1 or 2 a little further back from your snake?
I can tell you right off that you don't need to mist a tank with a cornsnake in it. But if and when your snake is "blue" or ready to shed, you can provide a hide with some damp sphagnum moss and they can benefit from curling up in that for awhile (just squeeze the excess water out of it in a bowl, put it in or under the hide, and show your snake where it is and he'll thank you for it!). If you don't have sphagnum moss, any substrate that absorbs water can do, even paper towels if you just make sure the excess water is squeezed out.
For general skin problems or issues, go over your husbandry skills and ensure your snake has a variance in temps across his enclosure, approximately around the 70's on one side and up to 85 on the warm side. Do you use an under-the-tank (UTH) heater? What substrate do you use? Does your snake have hides on at least two sides of the enclosure?
The more info you provide, the higher the quality of responses you'll receive. Also check out the stickies in each section of the forum, especially "Husbandry & Basic Care" and "Health Issues" sections.
Hope this helps!!! :crazy02:
