Ok,,, breif story, than question. I have two beautiful corn, i call them my girls. Ruby who is rather easy going and pleasant to hold. Rosie who is very skitish and when holding always seems to be trying to leave in a hurry. The viv i have them in , the lid does not fit exactly right and leaaves a gap large enought for either of them to escape quite easily. I have been using duct tape to cover the gap. Now what has happened is that Rosie decided to explore the gap and got completly stuck to the tape. I called the local pet store who were very wonderfull and told me to bring my little girl in and they would help get her off the tape... This was accomplished in very little time. So the little girl was stuck on the tape around 12 hours. They used an orange based cleaner called TKO, and told me to take her home and give her a little swim. I did this, and made up a make shift recovery home for her. Box placed half over a heating pad and 3 very large and heavy books on top so she cant escape. Now, 12 hours later, she seems to be doing fine, a little extra skittish but not bad. Given the trauma she is feeling, im wondering if i should hold off feeding her an extra couple of days or if i should try to feed her on schedule? I will be keeping her in her little home for about 4 or 5 days to alow her small would to heal up befor i put her back in with Ruby. Any other care ideas would be appreciated. And many thanks!
