Let's see if this is a bit easier to read:
Ok my problem is:
I have a baby albino corn snake my mom wants
she is supposed to give me 60 dollars
and I want to do this:
I can get a 1 year old albino corn with cage and accessories for 45
I need your advice which would you all do
(I) can't decide really
the reason I want the corn is u got a normal male and this one is a female
As I undertand it:
Mom wants to buy Caleb's current baby Corn for $60. Caleb can buy a one-year old Corn for $45 and it comes with a tank and equipment. Caleb wants a pair so that he breed in a few years' time.
My thoughts, if I've understood correctly above:
$60 for a hatchling Amel is a rip-off! Your Mom is being very indulgent offering you that kind of money.
$45 for a yearling Amel, tank and equipment is a good deal, as long as the snake's healthy, the equipment works AND you actually want the snake, rather than just seeing it as a good deal.
What you end up with is a $15 profit and you get a year nearer breeding.
I'm not clear about the last part, but assume that you're planning to breed the $45 Amel yearling female with a Normal in two years.
I'm not really clear what your dilemma is. Either you want to do it, or you don't. If you breed an Amel with a Normal, the best you can hope for - if the Het Gods are on your side - are mostly Normals, maybe with some Amels (possibly Anerys and Snows, although there's no way of knowing until the eggs hatch).
