Well it's been a while since I posted, but I bought a Snow from AliCat37 last year and decided it was time to add a new baby ... ok 2 new babies.

backagain30 had 2 beautiful motleys up for sale, so I snapped them up. They arrived well box, and both looked healthy, both weighed in at 27g. Excuse the crappy photography as they were taken with my ipod camera. I'll get better photo's after they get settled a bit.

Meet Feron, Butter Motley. As soon as his lid was off in his quarantine tank he had his head popped out. And instead of going into the hide, he decides the groove along the back side under the paper towels will be more comfortable.

Next up is Kalahira, Amel Motley. She is rather skittish, headed straight for the hide so couldn't get another photo yet.

Thane is over 2 yrs old now, I got him as a yearling from her, he is absolutely adorable, and apparently used to be an interior design expert as he is constantly rearranging everything inside his cage. He is going through the spring fever thing right now and is driving me crazy.
 
Yeah, I know right, I saw that and was like .. omg evil smiley face for such a cute little guy.

Both of them had excellent feeding responses, they however didn't like to be put into their cups to be weighed. Nice warm 3g pinky each, the Amel struck hers then move to the head. The butter was more laid back, "oh breakfast, why thank you." He just moved to the head and started to swallow it down.

Both had good manners eating off their tiny plates breakfast was served on and didn't make a mess.

I'll get more pictures after they settle a bit more. But they are doing well.

Overall quite please with everything from the communication to the animals themselves.
