She's super cute, I'm sorry she bit you. I've not been bitten yet, mine have never shown aggression. I hear it's just surprising, not painful, but I'm glad neither of mine bit me after their feeding. They were just as calm as always, knock on wood 
Did you pick her up right after she ate or did you let the mouse move down to her belly first? I'm just curious, I waited a few minutes after they ate when it was about halfway down, I don't know where their stomach is, but it looked to be about halfway down the body before I touched them.
