New Pics of My Baby

Alistani

Totally Enamored
Good evening everyone! I got some more pics of Oberon the other night and wanted to share. Enjoy! :)

And yes, for those of you who are anime fans, that is an Inu Yasha wallscroll in the background. ;)

Thanks. =) I absolutely adore him. He's such a sweety! He freaks a little bit when I pick him up, until I get him in my hands, and then all he wants to do is cruise and check everything out. I held him the other day and he decided to rest a bit with his head on my thumb, looking at me. I wish I'd had someone there to get a picture! He loves to climb-- his favorite hiding spot is this driftwood and plastic/silk leaf tree I got him from PetCo. Ever since I got that, he's most often found curled up in the leaves. Very cute. :) I was a little concerned when he didn't eat last week (I've read a couple horror threads on here about babies not eating and then dying) but he ate his pinky like a champ yesterday, so I'm not too worried now. :)

I think she meant that she got the tree from PetCo, not the snake... :crazy02:

Correct. :) The tree came from PetCo, but I got Oberon from a woman who has a reptile store here in town. She contacted one of her local breeders for me, and I picked him up after work the day he arrived. I couldn't wait to get him home. ;)
