I'm not an expert on morphs or anything at all, but she kind of looks like a few candycanes that a breeder has up here. Some people might still classify that as an Amel though, not really sure. =)

She's lovely, a very bright RO but I wouldn't say she has thick enough white borders to be considered an RO...

ROs are a selectively bred kind of amel, so RO or not, she's still an amel.

I'm not seeing enough border to be an RO. It is really hard to tell with your lighting (taking pictures in a dorm sucks, doesn't it?), especially since your snake is still young and hasn't 'colored up' yet. Try getting some outside shots when it warms up.
