New PVC Cage!

So, just as an update, I did end up going with a larger UTH for the "corn" (where 3/4 of it is actually on the ball python's side). It cost $38, and was the largest one the reptile store carried. Still beats a minimum of $65 for an RHP and $40 for another thermostat! :p Hopefully it all works out well.
 
Hope the bigger UTH works out great for you! Being that mine are in tubs, I have a lot less vertical space to attempt to keep warm, as you do.

Of off note: I keep forgetting that BPs get pink bellies when they're going into a shed cycle. Freaked me out to see my BEL with a pink belly!
 
Erm... I'm sorry, I can't quite remember! I didn't pick the out until I was at the store. They are ~48" (realistically more like 40" but it is advertised as 48") LED colour-changing tape, and it cost $39.99! That's all I remember :(
