Not a CandyCane, but check out the red!

(formerly NWHeather)
This is the one baby I kept from a joint pairing with Glacier Rodents. I borrowed their RO Amel female to pair with Brokk, my Miami Tessera, to see if he was het for Amel.

This is one of the two Amel Tessera's in the clutch. The red on this one is fabulous!

Here is Cerys, her dam and her sire.

Yowzah! Those are some nice snakes!

Ditto! :iagree:

ESPECIALLY the REDS that just jump out-atcha in the second (2nd) picture, unless that is just the way the light and camera captured those dark shades? Almost a deep and dark blood-red, crimson-like appearance that is rarely found on a snake.

Thanx for sharing those! Very nice!

Thanks! The first and third snakes are mine. The RO belongs to Billy of Glacier Rodents.
The above baby is the only one I kept. She's "just an Amel Tessera", but the reds are amazing, and I cannot bring myself to let her go.

I have a couple options with her, I can plug her into more Miami, and try to get really nice Candy Cane stuff, and/or I can use her with Cinaed, my Red Factor het Fire Tessera.

I don't know how the other babies are looking, I held back three, and Billy got the rest (I didn't want that many babies). He was going to give some to kids for projects they were working on.
I'm curious to know if any of the Amel babies (Tessera or not) are getting red like this.
Can you imagine the reds with THAT???

Another option for her in the future is this male, my Candy Cane from Nanci.
