I dont know if this will help but I had a problem with my Crimson suddenly not eating & I couldnt figure it out - then I remembered that I at first was using warm water (mix of hot and cold tap water) to thaw the pinkies - but had changed to hot only - at which point Crimson wouldnt eat - she wouldnt even look at the mouse

Went back to what I was doing before and she was ravenous - even nibbled on me...

It might be worth looking at how you are defrosting the food and see if thats doing something to put your little one off her dinner...
