His ventral, is this normal on ghost motleys? You see the few little scales that are dark? He has a good few of these:
Do all Motleys have a stripe along side the circles at the neck?
And last but not least, this is his hide. Does everyone think this is ok, I have 4 hides, I dont know if thats too many I just added the long one so he can keep hiding even as he changes from hot to cold:

Get ready for a LOT of pictures
Onyx needs a big update on this thread! He's changed so much and gotten so big, I've decided to give him the birthday of May 20th 2012, does anyone else give their snakes birthdays?
His little neck pattern:

Wow, he's getting so big! I never feel like my snakes are growing, but when I look at older pictures of them, I'm always surprised.

Haha I wish! It never seems like he wants to come out and when he is out he just looks for hides... but we do try to make it fun for him!

1 year update on Onyx & a few Qs!
Happy Birthday Onyx! Not your real birthday but your fake-guessed birthday! I waited for the guy to give me parent info and birthday after I got him but he never got back to me .. Why am I saying birthday I mean hatch day.. or what do ye guys call it? When he first said hello to the world?
He weighed in at 94gs today at the 1 year mark, am so proud of my little boy he's getting so big Is this a good weight for a year? He's currently on fuzzies every 5 days, and according to the munson plan I should be feeding him weanlings? The way they have them in the pet shop here is pinky, fuzzy, small mouse, large mouse. Should I go up to the small mouse? Ill try and get some pictures of them in the shop to give you an idea.
Feeding time the other day he was buried under his cadburys fingers box (loves that spot most) and I moved the tiniest bit of aspen and found his head so had to snap a shot or 2:
And then when I started wiggling the mouse and tried to get him to come out a bit more but he just went for it and tried to drag it back under! I was afraid he was going to swallow some aspen but I still couldnt help taking some pics because it was so funny. Ill definitely make sure he's out properly next time though because I don't want him to choke on aspen! :
Saying hello today:
His current setup: Hot pet shop bought hide, two toilet roll tubes (one with the bottom cut off and one not), the end of a fingers box, mini cornflakes (cornsnakes! :rofl box with cut off bottom and his greenery thing, also shop bought. He's still in his starter tank but as soon as I get some money I'm updating him to his forever home hopefully very soon!(spot the snake ! )
Just as I was about to take the pic above, he started coming out of his hide and moving toward the speakers, we had just started playing music and then I noticed my ball coming out as well. Is this because of the vibrations?
