if i want to put other peoples pics on my site and claim its not mine, is that illegal? or do i need there permition? thanx 4 ur replies.

i have permition from serpco, but im talking about just pics like whats in the photo gallery, if i needed permition from the poster of the pics.
 
Very few people will turn you down if you ask to use their pics and acknowledge them as the source BUT plenty will be annoyed if you use their photos without their permission and they find you out, so just ask people for permission and get it all out of the way.

Do you have PERMISSION from Don at South Mountain? I know you've got a bunch of his pictures up.
