Pics of my new baby Kasper-Silver Queen Ghost

Corn snakes rule!
:grin01: I am sooooo happy that I got a new baby corn snake. It's a really beautiful Silver Queen Ghost corn snake that I got yesterday at the Midwest Reptile show in Indianapolis Indiana. He is so cute. And I can't wait until he starts changing colorations and becomes lighter in color. I name him Kasper. I'm so scared though that he is going to escape from the enclosure but I sure hope he doesn't get away. I miss Rose and I still look for her and hope she/he will turn up but for now I have a new one that's absolutely gorgeous and different from the ones I already have. My Ex-boyfriend is the one that bought him for me. Here are some photos of him. Enjoy!

Maybe its a good thing I didnt go lol, I would have seen an Okeetee, Miami or an anery lavendar motley and that would have been it.

Thanks! He is gorgeous. I've seen some pics of what adults look like and I can't wait for Kasper to turn more ghostly..lol. It was so hard to choose just one A10Airknight. I really liked some of the Butters and Butter motleys I saw there but they were just a bit more then I was allowed to spend. I am happy with what I got though.

Thanks everyone! I was wondering if I should wait to feed him for a few more days so he can settle in his new home or if I could go ahead and feed him today?

Give him a couple days to settle in. You don't want to deal with regurges which can be life threatening.

You picked a gorgeous snake regardless. I take it you havent found rose yet?

And definitely wait a few days before feeding, trust me, regurges are no fun.

Just curious, did you see any brazilian rainbow boas? Those are my favorites

Thank you! No, I haven't found Rose still but I am keeping a eye out for her/him. If I ever do find him/her I will still keep em all and put Rose in the tub that I got that's a little bit bigger then a 10gallon glass tank. I would just have to make some aritficially made hides and put down newspaper for her/him if I did eventually find her. I saw a lot of Ball Pythons, and a huge albino burmese python, and some kings, milk snakes. I don't recall seeing any brazilian rainbow boas though. Those sound really gorgeous. I will wait a couple of days before feeding Kasper. Thanks again everyone.
