Smile, you are alive!!
Hi all! Here are some pics of the NARBC show in Chantilly, VA. I realized after I uploaded them that I didn't get any pics of corns... (but there are pics of me with 2 other CS.com members!)

I'm also adding some pictures from the New England Reptile Show a few months back. I finally got these ones uploaded so wanted to add some of these as well!

Water Monitor at NARBC he wasn't for sale- just for show and I thought it was great that a reptile of this size has a loving home!!

Such a pretty little pinstripe (I think) at NARBC

Me with Kathy Love herself!! Also, wrapped around my neck is the only snake I brought back from the show (he's about 6' long and stuffed with cotton- I call him fluffy :p) Kathy, thanks for letting me hang around you and allowing me to help judge the photo contest!! It was great to meet you!

Thanks for looking!

Thanks for posting that link, Kathy! I love those frogs and I absolutely love that pic where Mikey is being held like a baby!!

By the way, those paintings in that link- Were those done by the same guy that was doing the koi painting during the show?

Awesome pics! Glad to hear that I'm not the only one that uses the phrase "Passes the hatband test" though I do interchange it with "Passes the guitar strap test" too lol :grin01:

Great pics, McKenna! Wish you could come to this weekend's show here... although I'm sure the show here will be CONSIDERABLY smaller than the ones you get to go to. It definitely would be fun!!!

It would be really great to meet all of you... someday... LOL. Sometimes I think Jynx and I are the only ones in the SW that love our snakes!

Awww, Fred! Someday I'll get out to Arizona!! Or you could come to one of our shows here in Boston!! (it's a fun touristy city- lots to do!!) Lol- But wouldn't it be fun if someday we could organize a cs.com road trip across the US?! :p

I'd love to go to Boston... but my Boston accent leaves much to be desired. I can do a GREAT Australian one, though... You should hear me say, "Fosters... Australian for beer!". LOL.

A CS.com roadtrip would be hilarious... of course tours of the various facilities would be a given -- who wouldn't want to see Kathy's, Don's, or Rich's (and whoever else volunteered to give a tour) corn "laboratories" while we traveled? With gas prices as they are (and they're predicted to drop even MORE in AZ), at least HALF of the fuel cost is already gone. LOL.

If only...

That would be great!! Maybe sometime in the future we can get that organized, Fred!! (before the gas prices go up again, that is!!!) Maybe start on one end of the US and then work our way over... Maybe base the dates on certain big reptile expos... :)

Wow looks like it was a great time..I can not wait 'till April..I will probably go into a coma when I get to the expo..lol..
like Willy Wonkas....but drug free.lol (BTW did anyone else think the new movie sucked??!):nope:
