Hi. It would be helpful to see more of the snake, so we can see the size of these lumps relative to body size, and the location of the lumps. But in my opinion, the short answer is: yes, these lumps are something to be concerned about. There are a few instances where lumps are not items of much concern:
1. Prey lump in the first days after feeding.
2. Fatty "hips" near the vent of a female snake.
3. Eggs in a female at various forms of development, from follicle to fully developed.
But most other lumps ARE items of concern because they may indicate:
1. Enlarged organ(s).
2. Abdominal/stomach swelling resulting from internal parasites.
3. Injury.
