hi
i have literally just been holiding my corn for say about 30 minutes with no problems basically as i make her dinner i had her resting on my shoulders without a problem.
she has just eaten and is now coughing and choking like mad mucus is bubbling at her mouth to such an extent it looks like she has rabies and she seems to be choking i keep wiping it off but more follows straight away i've filled a few sheets of toilet roll with it.

whats wrong like i said she was absolutly tip top before

Honestly, I don't know why she's acting that way. But snakes should not be handled for about 48 hours after they eat. Maybe that's what's wrong...

havent touched her after she ate other tha nto try and clear her wind pipe cause she was really stressing about it i was holding her before feeding but no different to how i have done everyday for the past two years its weird ive had snakes for a few years and never seen anythin like this
my only guess is she either has something stuck in her throat or she hasn't been able to reset her jaw

Did she just take a big drink of water before the mucus? Sometimes they partially upchuck the water, especially if they have been held, and it looks like a mucus mess. It usually happens when you hold them after they drink, and the stomach gets higher than the mouth, and gravity lets the water run out.

Not sure if that is what happened, but maybe some version of it had something to do with it.

If you're still having a problem and don't have a trusted reptile vet already, let us know roughly where in the UK you are. We might be able to recommend a good vet in your area.

update

well the following morning she was fine, i think what happened was she got her jaw stuck apart or something along those lines as she was constantly rearragning it and rubbing her mouth on the viv, now she's fine though
