no more eggs!!! i think my female sunglow cornsnake is gravid again:eek: the male hasn't been in with her since she breed before,so she must have retained if she is. im already overflowing with her last 27 eggs, due to hatch around the second week of july. her skin is starting to stretch, and her belly feels squishy like before.i pray she isnt, she lost alot of weight before, and ive been power feeding her to get her back to original weight.im worried it will be too much for her body to handle.has anyone had experience with this? if so,any help would be appreciated.

I had one first-time breeder female doubleclutch this year, the second clutch being all duds since I didn't rebreed her... I hadn't expected the double-clutch, and after laying them she looked extremely skinny... my advice to you is simply to offer your female several smaller food items as soon as she's done laying... if she's going to double clutch, the best you can do is try to keep her from losing too much bodyweight in the process...
