Um, neutering is not an open surgery that would allow you to see his liver or stomach....are they also going to do an exploratory lap? Hope things are not cancer so that he can live a long happy life..something he deserves.
 
I'm hoping the little guy makes it another 10 years, at least. He is a cutie and needs to know what a loving master is.
