Post move photo shoot...

My name's Blurryface...
Some on here know I recently moved for a new job. In the craziness of life as a whole, I finally took the time this morning to just do nothing except play with the snakes and camera. For now I'll toss up the first 6 as I need to go run errands. Plus I'm a little out of practice on post-processing, which resulted in taking 45 minutes to just work these 6.

Enjoy....

All these guys are WAY better looking than Steve Roylance's ugly EROs and as such, anyone that wants to pry any from my hands can do so for $2500/ea. :bang: :noevil: :wavey: :p

DISCLAIMER: The above is a poor attempt at humor and is not intended to be a violation of classified posting outside the classifieds section.

Walter....and I would have loved to have added the that hypo cinder and tessera het hypo cinder to them, but I'm committed to some more Roylance critters. I won't lie, I shed a small tear when I saw you'd updated the ad a few days ago.

Daniel, I enjoy watching her colors come in. I've got a male extreme okeetee tessera het RO coming from Steve Roylance for her. Steve just needs to hire me to take photos of his FS stuff as a form of payment. :dgrin: :crazy02:

Thanks Heaven!

Ryan & Terri....that post is coming right now...

And the continuation of photos...

Jasper, a grumpy Okeetee that needs a pretty okeetee tessera girlfriend....or an Abbott's butter okeetee lady friend.

Brain, a female snow stripe originally named because she was grumpy and calculating. She has a friend in a snow motley (also from PetSmart) named Pinkie. I love her yellow and pink stripe contrast.

A hidden treasure found at a mom & pop pet store in Albuquerque. Supposedly a guy from Tucumcari NM had a this snake and a male RO Tessera. The quick and dirty on the story is I snagged the pair and sold the male to a friend, but he unfortunately had him die a few months back. The shop owner claimed the guy said they were het ghost. I'll hopefully test that next year. She's a sweet, gorgeous snake that I cannot for the life of me get accurate colors. Her dark orange is rather bright red.

Some ugly Steve Roylance thing...I don't know why I keep it around because she's definitely NOT my favorite non-tessera corn and I definitely DON'T harass her whenever possible. Steve's just going to have to supply me with another 3 corns to see if I like them.
SR13-PEWTER-001F-3-22-2014.jpg

And now for some new stuff. These are critters I picked up at the Arlington NARBC show back in February.

I have a thing for great plains rats. They were my first "corn snake" back when I found 1 in 1992 shortly after moving to Abilene, TX when my father got stationed at the AF base there.

I believe this is the female.

and this should be the male. I forgot to have the assistant at the BHB table label their cups.

And the diamond in the rough...another snake that photos do no justice of. I'll have to figure out how to capture her colors...this is her in shed.
BHB-CSM-001F-3-22-2014.jpg

Other show or similar time frame pick-ups include the green monster that is my avatar, plus her boyfriend and female roommate, an adult female albino great plains rat compliments of John Stolz, a female electric blue day gecko, and a pair of het albino panther geckos.

All that said, I'm gonna go get pinkies into some hot water and feed all these ugly things...or at least those that still eat pinks.

Love the pied granite, the snow stripe, and the coral snow motley. Great snakes and photos, as always.

Man Chris,
That Striped Snow looks like what I would think a Xanthic (Caramel Snow) Stripe Snow would look like.
Pretty awesome looking critter for sure !!

You know, I've had this gut feeling as that yellow progressed so young that she might actually be that. She's at the awkward food size stage, 2 pinks a meal is great but a fuzzie is way too much.

I plan to test that genetic hypothesis with Mr. Thor there on page 1 in a couple seasons.

Cool. It will be interesting to see the results for sure !!

Awesome Corns as well as photos :)

Even that.....hold on.............:puke01: Roylance thing.

No no no no no.....no

The .............:puke01: Roylance thing, aka I beat Walter to the ghost stripe :devil01: :p didn't want to have his picture taken. He, the Miami pinstripes, and the lava critters from Mitch were being little jerks yesterday and wouldn't sit still. They all have full bellies as of tonight, so maybe they'll cooperate come Tuesday if work doesn't kill me.

The pewter's chowing small adult mice; she's a freak'n beast. The ghost stripe is a beast too, but still toying with fuzzies. Looking forward to sending you more of my hourly pay here in a little.
