Post Pictures Of Your Favorite Snakes/Baby's.

My 'proud to have in the collection' favorite is Korben, blue motley '06 male;

Favorite 'emotion wise' snakes are several, for several reasons, so I won't choose one.

I have too many favourites... and infact, I have a no1. fav above them all that isn't a corn. He goes by the name Brutus and hes a bolivian short tail boa (boa constrictor amarali). I'm a boa lady at heart...

Panther is my favourite corn snake, because hes a boa in a corn snakes body. Hes a huge 1K and just the most gentlemanly corn in the world.

And Lacey is my favourite to look at. She sparked off my crazy lavender addiction and will hopefully be the mother of my first ever clutch of corns this year! Shes a big gentle lady with a killer feeding response, I like that in snakes.

My god Elle, the quality of your photo's.... amazing... pure 3D and sharpness, not too much reflection...how do you do that?

Practise, practise, practise! I use the Nikon D40 and for those shots I was using my Sigma 105mm macro lens. In all honesty it doesn't matter how professional or expensive your kit is, a camera only captures what you, the holder see's. The most important part of any camera kit is the 12 inches behind it.

The pride of my collection is Lily, the lavblood. Very beautiful, and I can't believe I actually have a lavblood!
And she is a _viscious_ feeder!

My Over All Favorite is Choco, my Cali King. Choco is the snake that gets to come out every night.
Choco knows many "tricks," although some of these are getting difficult to do because she is getting so big!
I recently discovered how to "tickle" Choco and make her go into a tail-rattling frenzy, as if her tail has a life of its own.
Unfortunately, even though I know it's going to happen, I always keep going till she musks me.

LOL you are a snake teaser girl!

I plan to buy the only set of lenses for my cam available, among it is a macro. I do think the most beuatiful pics I have seen where mostly from the Nikon D40 ... probably my next upgrade someday :) You do need a certain level of quality in a cam I think... maybe not for composition or angles but for close ups.

Im proud to present some of my cornsnakes.

First of all is mama pewter and her baby and third is a motley juvenile, cool picture :)
