Progression for Brazilian Rainbow boa. (1st WRE 2012 pickup)

Again despite the terrible lighting, my husband was able to get some quite good pictures of Zoë enjoying her hammock tonight.

Then the last one he got and my favorite ...

Got Zoë out to feed her and decided to do a photo shoot. Couldn't get the camera to focus right, thought I was horribly out of practice but then when my husband came home, he found some of the settings were messed up for the lens that was in. Glad to hear it wasn't me! So these aren't the best pictures but I picked out the best of the lot.

Thanks! Definitely been quite a color change this last month or so. IRL, she often looks like she's almost got an over wash of purple. Really looking forward to seeing what her adult colors are going to be!

Truly gorgeous! You've got a beautiful snakey there!

As for the pics... I'm such a horrible picture taker that I would REJOICE if I had taken any like yours (wrong settings and all). LOL.

Thanks everyone! The camera I was using is my husband's and it's the most complicated camera I've ever used, also takes the best pictures of any camera I've ever tried. I still don't know what 80% of the settings do. But I'd been feeling pretty proud of how good I'd gotten at taking pictures with it, hurt to think I'd lost it!

Today was a great day for outdoor pictures, so did a photo shoot with three of our snakes and of course had to get Zoë in the sun!

Took a few more pictures tonight to document her changing colors. Only two were decent. She did not want to sit still!
