Well she will be a month old tomorrow. so I thought I'd update, I Honestly think I'm in love, shes so pretty. and one of a kind. My kinda girl ;) (my girl is gunna kill me when she reads this hehe) Anyway I'm wondering how long she will keep this red color on her "saddles" (they look like tiger stripes on her)

I had the joy of hatching her. My first clutch to hatch. her parents are unknown stock because I got them from someone who got them from a petstore...
 
Wow, I can't believe I somehow missed this thread until now!

What a beautiful little Amel! Her zigzag is incredible, and I love that the few disconnected "saddles" are rounded off.

It is a shame that they don't keep their bright baby colors, but she is turning out quite nicely. Perhaps a bit more towards the Orange side, but it looks like she will have some nice background color once that starts to fill in. Perhaps her saddles will deepen in color as well. It's so hard to predict what a baby will grow up to look like!

I guess that's the fun of progression threads. I look forward to seeing more photos. :cool:
