Quick feeding question

I did do a search but i couldn't find exactly what i was looking for so....
I fed my corn for the first time on Monday he's around 2 yrs old and 3' i gave him the smallest of the mice i have since i haven't had him long i didnt want to give him a big one incase he hadn't quite settled in but as soon as he ate it he was looking for more and has been ever since. Should i feed him again or just wait untill Monday and give him a large mouse?
Thanx.

My corn is 3 years old and just over 40" and she gobbles down large adult mice with no problem. You'd be surprised what they can wrap their little mouth around so don't be afraid to offer the larger prey item; he'll decide if it's too big or not. And you can wait til Monday to feed him again. He'll be just fine. If he's acting particularly hungry, you can feed him on Friday or Saturday. Enjoy your new friend! :)

I would give him adult mice too, he's def. big enough. When mine reach 38"+ I also add day old chicks to their diet a couple times a month. Takes them a good 30 minutes to get one down but they enjoy every bit of it. I posted pics today of 2 of my boys enjoying theirs in the photo section on here.

i hear that rat pups are better to feed then adult mice, because of nutrition. is this true?

It is. However, adult male snakes tend to get quite....fat on a rat diet.

>I've cut my mature males (over 3 foot) down to 1 medium mouse every 10-14 days. Once the males reach adult size, they don't need so much food and any extra just makes them pudgey unless they're getting plenty of exersize....much like us humans!!! The females continue to eat 'buffet style' since they have the added burden of egg production but the boys don't need too much extra fuel for their part of the job :) .

Thanx everyone. I've just found out he's got mites aswell so thats another thing i'm going to have to deal with. Going to get some stuff for him tomorrow hopefully.
