Shouldn't that read "Regards, Polka" ? :grin01:

My taste in music ranges in anything from Muse to The Black Dahlia Murder to random snippets of hip-hop/crap. Currently playing is New Born by Muse. :)

I listen to a little bit of just about everything. Although I prefer hard rock (Metallica, Pantera) classic rock (Doors, Beatles, Zeppelin) and todays alternative (Muse, Breaking Benjamin, 30Seconds to Mars)....I love music..I could list favorite bands all day.

I listen to most anything so long as I can either A) Sing to it, or B) dance to it, and providing it doesn't cuss every other word (sorry Rap is out for the most part! lol)

But typically it's country 24-7 with a few classic rock songs, a sprinkling of oldies, and a few slow soft rock tunes tossed in. When I am depressed I drag out Richarch Marx, Peter Gabriel, Tears for Fears and a few others... Then there are the odd times when I want to listen to the Eurythmics just for fun! lol Unless the kids still the radio and play their shrek, madagasgar, and little mermaid sound tracks... (or how about a little blues clues??? lol)

Couldn't resist! Thought the folks would get a kick out of seeing you when you still had hair
LOL....I've been QUICKTIME'D! Good one, Mike.

For the record, obviously, jazz is my first choice. But I'll listen to just about anything but REALLY twangy country. Matter of fact, here's the list from a similar thread from a while back...

....and as you can see from the first lines of THAT post, I REALLY need to write some new material. ;)

Old Classic Rock, 60's and 70's stuff.. You know, The Guess Who, Supertramp, James Taylor, Cat Stevens, Clapton, Steely Dan, Max Webster, blah blah blah.... There are other Genres of music I like to listen to at times to, Classical, even stuff like old Herb Albert.. Rap and new R and B, not my cup of tea, that goes to say the same about a lot of this new so called metal..Essh..

regards.. Tim of T and J

Cool everybody.

I've also recently developed a taste for classic Western, especially Lorne Greene, and Johnny Cash. Oh well, what're you gonna do :grin01: .

I've been completely addicted to Muse lately.

As for me...listen to all sorts of stuff, from Industrial to Cirque du Soliel! Hahaha. Nothing makes me happier though, than some 1940's big band jazz.

I will listen to pretty much anything, but I have a preference for rock. I also like to relax with the classical station when it's been a hard day at work.

Oh right, musical preferences.

I like all music. The stack of CD's by my stereo consists mostly metal, but (off the top of my head) there's Billy Holiday, Janis Joplin, Mozart, Faith Hill, and Devo mixed in.

I'm probably one of the few people who truely likes everything. And I mean everything. I like Rock, Alternative, Pop, Classic, R&B, Rap, Country, Jazz, Metal, Classic Rock, Everything!

Right now I'm really into Blue October though.
