Red Spots On Shed Skin Near Vent

I remember reading something last year about this but for the life of me, I can't remember what it means. >.<

If someone could please let me know what it means when you find a pair of small red dots on a shed skin, where the vent is located, I would really appreciate it.

It doesn't mean anything. It happens on most of my snakes shed. It's a normal thing.
 
I've heard it's exclusive to females, but I have noticed it on my male's shed, so it's not a sure bet thing.

My proven male snow has left dots on his shed, so it's definitely not exclusive to females.
