Didn't exactly know where this should go.....how do you give someone rep points? Call me computer challenged...but I think I've looked everywhere...
 
Go to the post you wish to leave rep for. Click on the little scales at the bottom of the person's info for that post. :)
 
I know it is supposed to be a scale, but it always makes me think of a bush or a tree.
 
I just think of it as that white blob between the green dot and the red triangle.
