Safe to say female?

I have no intentions on breeding worm but I would enjoy knowing if my little noodle is a boy or girl. I'm thinking a female due to the width of the tail after the vent.

Oops! Sorry! Didn't see your comments at first (plus, I'm not the SHARPEST knife in the DISHWASHER before coffee!).

But I still don't think it means it's a female. Could be a poop waiting to happen!

Just sayin'.

I didn't even think about it but it is the same even after a nice little poop.

It's not totally reliable but to sex by tell shape, we need both a side view like you have and a straight on view of the underside of the tail, at the vent and going a ways down.

Might be old enough that candling won't work but it's a light enough morph you could try it. Candling is also not the most reliable way to sex a snake and it only works on morphs with limited melanin and young ones, with thin skin. But both methods are non invasive and especially both together, can give the non breeder keeper a much better idea of what pronoun to use, anyway.

Candling works by taking a fairly bright light, an LED works best, using a darkish room and placing the light against the snake's tail just down from the vent.
What you are looking for is the blood in the hemipenes of a male or the absence of same. Males will have a thin line(s) of red just after the vent and females will either have nothing or just a small spot(s) of red in the area, those are the scent glands in females. It is easiest to learn candle sexing if you have a young known male and female pair to compare first of course.

Looks like poop. I'd find someone locally who can pop him/her for ya since he/she is still pretty little.
