Should I be worried?

I fed my snake two adult mice last night, and this morning he had already pooped...It wasn't a regurge cause it was just hair and the usual stuff found in poop. I just never heard of a snake digesting food so fast.

No, your snake didn't digest its food that fast. That defecation must have been from material already in its digestive tract. If it's been many days since the last feeding, you may want to check your temps to be sure they're at a level that promotes normal digestion. But I've seen snakes kept at the right temps crap quite a while after their last meal. I wouldn't worry too much.

Yeah, my Lily isn't what you'd call regular by any means. I think it's a mix of temps and how well you're snake is at digesting each food item. As long as she goes after every couple food items at least, I'm not worried.

I know they can go even after not having a meal for a long time. My amel didn't eat for 3 months during breeding season last year and he was still crapping about 6 weeks out. So it isn't unexpected to have an extra poop in there. Just be glad he didn't save it to put on you!
