Everybody started somewhere with corns.
Can you remember your first corn? Do you still have it?
Do you still have the first pictures of your first corn?

So, what I'm trying to say:

Norma was a wild caught hatchling my hubby found back in 1995. She was the start of it all. She passed in July of 2005. This is the earliest photo I have of her that can be put on the computer. It was taken in 2002.

Mine is Maizey, the first cornsnake I ever saw! Found in my front yard. Maizey is so smart he comes when I call him! If I want to feed him, and he is out of sight, I knock on his viv door and come back in five minutes and he is waiting there!

Flame: My first guy. He was a christmas present, and was the only thing I wanted. No $300 electronics, no new clothes, just him. Sure enough, I got him. (I'll post pictures in a few minutes).

06 Classic

I don't have any current pictures but my first corn is a classic named Jinta. These pictures were taken in Oct and Dec of 07. I acquired him in Sept 07. Right now he's at Becky's trying to breed for the first time. I hear that he's being a coward!

Zeus is my first corn. I saw him at a reptile show in October and thought he was awesome but it was a big purchase so I had to think it over. I took his breeder's email and two monthes later I emailed Turner and got my Zeus! Zeus is getting so big when I got him he was 54 grams now he is 142! Here is an old pic pf him

All 24g of her. She was 8 months old that was may 4th-5th when I got her. She's 230something grams now and 1 year and 7 months old.

I only ever wanted one, but I have three now and want another snake. I got FinFang for free (miami x amel) and my other two were offered to me when their owners didn't want them anymore. My next snake will be the first snake I've picked out myself, rather than having them offered.

First Corn Snake

Here is my first Corn Snake. A tiny tiny baby Normal. Sorry about the really bad pictures! They were taken about 5 years ago or alittle less.

I was told he was a she so I named her Plain Jane. I thought I had the greatest name for her untill I found out she was a he. Before I found out she was a he...he excaped his aquarium and was missing in my then big Studio Apartment for exactly a month to the day(at this time he was about 2 I think). I found him in the bathroom at about 2am. He looked a little bit skinny but not too bad. I just wonder were he was hiding all that time!

Here he is a couple months ago...

haha sorry for the foot pic I know some people hate those! But it shows his size the best!

The color change on some of these normals are awsome! My guy has always pretty much been the same color from when he was a baby.
I guess sometimes you get a nice suprise!

Jenn's girl started my love. I saw a picture of her on another site and ended up coming here, learning everything I know now and then getting the corn I have now from Meg F. in Aug of 2007.

Here's my big, beautiful '01 girl, Luna. I fell in love with her instantly! She was also the first corn I held--purchased from Stephen Howard in '06. She has definitely grown since I first got her!

Since I honestly can't recall my first corn, I will post the one that started all the madness. Here's the first corn I every hatched out from my first breeding pair! (hence my first keeper) She's still with me and probably one of the few that I'd never consider parting with.
