Well I am still a'waitin.

Day 67 for my eggs. All of them still look really good, no bad ones and all have red viens and you can see embryos. But no pipping.

I have used the warm shelf method, which of course has its fluctuations so I am not THAT worried about them as I know it takes longer this way.

But to ease my suffering, can anyone else share their longest wait? And when is the worrying point? I guess there isn't one as long as the eggs still look good.

Well, I just had a clutch hatch after 94 days. All but 1 hatched and are doing well. 6 shed yesterday and 5 have eaten already...in fact, they aggressively attacked their first meal immediately after shedding. They were kept at room temperature for the first 70 or so days until I got moved and got the incubator set up.

If the eggs look good, keep waiting. :D

Wow thanks Hurley that really makes me feel better! Thanks!

And your situation is very similar to mine. For the first 45 days or so they eggs we between 75-80. Now they rarely go below 80, as its summer now and the room stays hotter.

Thanks again! Wow 94 days! :D

With my three clutches that have hatched so far, they seem to be averaging around 74 days. So don't worry. ;) And good luck.

JUST WAIT

MINE HAVE JUST HATCHED THIS WEEKEND AFTER 72 DAYS
AND THEY WERE IN AN INCUBATOR FOR THE WHOLE TIME AT CONSTANT 27DEG 85-95% HUMIDITY
AND TO BE HONEST YOUR EGGS LOOK ALOT BETTER FORMED
THAN MINE DID SO GOOD LUCK

OK I feel better now too, thanks gang. I'm at day 65 and I was starting to wonder if they would ever hatch. The 13th will be the 70 day mark. I've been using an incubator and keeping them at 82. My second clutch I have at 84 because I need them to hatch asap because right now they are set to hatch the week of my wedding and if I postpone my honeymoon because of snakes my future wife will go with out me!lol
Well here's to waiting,
Trevor
