This is the first time I've seen ultramel candy canes, and immediately added it to my "must have" list. Insanely beautiful! Does the ultra tend to add some warmth/color to the white as they mature, or does it stay that white?

Na, it does not seem to effect the ground color much at all.
Actually just the eyes and boarders, but that seems to be enough to give such a different and attractive appearence !!

Gimme a yell when ya ready to add it to your collection.

Thanks for the info. Ready isn't the question. Being in Canada adds some difficulties I do believe. ;)
