Starting to put together a reptile room

So this weekend I have been working on turning a spare bedroom into a reptile room. I am currently housing 3 adult corns, 8 hatchlings, 3 crested geckos, 1 leachie gecko, 1 bearded dragon, and a betta fish. I just thought I would share some pictures and get some feedback. Also, just curious about other users setups, things to include in a reptile room, etc.

It looks good! I am especially fond of the NIN poster. You are good in my book.

The snakes look really nice, but you should look into updating your betta care. I'm also a betta enthusiast, and I really hate seeing these guys shoved into poor housing. Check out this care sheet http://velvetdragon.com/bettas/caresheet.html and this forum http://www.bettafish.com . I know plenty of people, including myself, that started with betas and moved up into large planted tanks, so you could end up adding a nice aquarium to your room ;)

JellOh, I'm actually glad you mentioned this. The betta was a recent purchase my girlfriend made, and the "tank" was something she happened to see in the clearance section called a "betta tank." Since bringing him home I started reading up on bettas and have learned a great deal about tank size, heating requirements, live food, need for oxygen... all sorts of things I never knew about them before. Friday is payday and we will definitely be upgrading his living situation, I will be posting more pics of him in the "other animals" subforum.

That's awesome! Walmart had a really nice 5.5 gallon kit that comes with everything except a heater and decor for only about $35, and I think the 10 gallon is almost the same price, so it depends on how much room you have. Good luck with him and your reptile room :)
