I just got my forst corn last night!! She is so lovely!

I thought she would stay in the first hide she curled up in for a couple of days, but this morning she was tucked in beside a hide under some fake vines just chillin out!

She hatched in August and is an Amel Aztec Okeetee. She is so lovely! (Wait, I think I said that already....)

I'm having some issues with her heat being too high with a uth, but i'm hoping to find a dimmer at the hardware store pronto. For now I have a very snug piece of cage carpet under her aspen to keep her from sitting against the glass directly over it.

Nice to meet you all.

Brilliant, Nanci! I'll see if the local hardware store has one while I'm looking for that dimmer. thanks

And not yet, OkeeteeMom. I'm hoping she'll be a little more active tonight after a restful day at home. Yesterday must not have been fun... cooler bags and being sexed and riding in my coat in a container on the bus!!!

Oh bless her, let her settle in a few days to a week, we'll have to be patient for our pictures! :D

...doo do do do...... can't touch this!
