Interesting color! I really like all the yellow. I suspect it will only get more intense as it gets older. Big head on that one too!....the better to eat with my dear :)

that's a nice looking amel~

there had been a lot of 'snow' looking amels that turn out like regular amels
but either way nice looking amel though~~

I have 2 hatchlings that look just like that! They are out of my caramel het butter and amber X normal het snow, caramel and hypo. There is also a typical amel sibling in the clutch, a caramel, 2 normals, and a hypo. I first thought they were snows (while still in the egg and just poking out), but after they hatched, and even more so after their first shed, I'm really leaning towards butter...very light, but way too much yellow/brown coloration to think they are just light amels. Guess we'll both just have to wait until they get older to find out what they really are.

The 2 "solo" pics are post 1st shed, the 2 pics with the amel sibling are pre 1st shed.

Susan, i guess the red one is amel en the other one is butter.. And Marco, those look like butter too, it would even be weird when it came from amel het caramel X snow..

Hope to see more pics coming after the first shed!

indeed

we have to wait untill the shed and grow because its not a butter i have those also...

i hope they turn out nice

thanks for replying
