I just wanted to thank you for the advice on the Garter today. I actually tried a variation of what you do with your Frozen Fish Ice. I had some minnows for my RES, and mashed them in slurry with water. I soaked the pink in the soupy mix and then I placed in his water bowl. I swished around to get his attention and bam he took it.

I am hoping eventually I can feed him outside of his container. He is to spastic to feed in a tub right now.

Forgive the poor quality of pictures. I need to get a camera that can do macros.

But again thank you for the advice. I can now slowly wean him off of fish and go to mice eventually.

Any time.. this is by far my most spastic and fastest snake I own. I open up the lid and its already flying across the floor. I am hoping age improves its mood. lol
