There isn't a Herp Society in the area where I live, though there is one in the state capital but that's too far away to go to any meetings. I started a local FB group for reptile lovers awhile ago and have had a good bit of interest and there has been talk about maybe starting a Herp Society within the group. So I just had some very basic and possibly stupid questions about all the ins and outs of starting one, what you need to do and how they work, since I've never had any experience with one.
I'd appreciate any comments and experiences anyone has!
