Thermometers/Hydrometers for tubs

I have two cages that I use accurite digital dual temp and humidity gauges I bought at Walmart. They are cheap and work well but seem kind of large to put in a 15 quart tub. I also have a temp gun but would like constant monitoring of temp on at least one side and humidity.

How do you monitor your tubs hot side, cold side, and humidity?
 
Hot side: Regular shots with the temp gun. Some vivs have thermometers, mostly just for the less reliable thermostats.

Cool side: I don't... I have a couple indoor/outdoor thermometers on top of tubs, with the outdoor probes measuring hot sides, here and there that give me a good idea of the lowest temps in the nearest tubs to it, but that's it--nothing specifically FOR the cool side.

Humidity: Again, I don't. As long as the snakes are all hydrated and shedding in one piece, I don't see a reason to worry about humidity... Especially with corn snakes.
 
I use the Big Apple Herp probed thermometers. If a viv is alone, not sharing a thermostat, I monitor the hot and cool sides. On the glass, in the middle of the UTH, under the hide. If the viv is sharing a thermostat with another identical viv, right next to it, I just monitor the hot sides. In the racks, I monitor IN the upper bins, right over the heat cable and about an inch out from it. I live in Florida and assume there is plenty of humidity, but I _do_ mist blue snakes' vivs periodically. I also have a temp gun and find it extremely useful.
