Trashy Cat: 2013 SnickerSnakes Bloodred Stripe

Nanci

Alien Lover
Trashy Cat is a 2013 Bloodred Stripe, Gator x Aji. Possible het lavender. This is how she got her name. I shipped off about 50 hatchlings. Remove from bin, put in color-coded, labeled deli. Remove QR code from bin and put on deli, too. Simple enough. Then I removed all the bins and stacked them up. The next morning, I was feeling industrious, and it was trash day, so before work I decided to empty all the bins of their paper towels and loo rolls. I got most of the way down the stack and tipped the bin over into the wastebasket and a little red striped snake fell out! OMG!! I guess when I pulled the bins, I just pulled the bloodstripe baby's bin with the rest of her siblings', ignoring the QR code that indicated a baby was still occupying it! She was no worse for the wear, and I named her Trashy Cat, which is one of my favorite brands of women's cycling clothing.

This is Trashy with NO editing, because the filter I used brightened her up a little more than she really is. LATE afternoon, sun is down. No flash.

Nice.

I've always liked my women like my office, house, and lawn. A little on the trashy side.

Now these all have my "with flash" filter, which is actually less bright than my without flash filter, I guess because of the poor lighting. I just like how the detail is improved in these.

She's not a super-hateling, just a little touchy. Which makes a good model!

I rushed through these shots because it was getting dark, and then I got called into work for a mass casualty, but I wasn't really on call, so when I double checked, they said don't come now, we'll call you if we need even more.

Trashy isn't a holdback, per se, but I kept back a couple really cool babies out of the Gator x Aji clutch, (and the Okeetees, and the Miami Pinstripes) and I just haven't had time to do a nice job of photographing them and listing them for sale, and since I had so few of my own hatchlings this year, it's been fun to just watch the colors develop!

So- thanks for looking!

She's got such a long tail. I feel like popping her again. I sold her brother to someone who really wanted a male, and I _know_ I checked her multiple times.

Wait...

Nope. Definitely female.

Nanci, I'm sorry, I should have waited. If you want me to move the post, I will.

She IS pretty, though, seriously.

Bottom line, someone has first dibs. I'll let you know if she's available! There might be more next year, you never know.

And it looks like Trashy Cat will be moving to Michigan, when weather permits! :)

I miss having a bloodred stripe around, but I sure don't miss Ruby!
