Okay, so the pairing in the spring was as follows:

Plasma ph amel, anery, charcoal, hypo X Hypo Blood het anery lavender

The male was also paired to two other females; a lava blood ph amel anery, and a strawberry het amel, anery, motley. He proved to be het anery when the clutch he sired with the lava blood spit out a granite. He also proved het hypo when the clutch with the strawberry produced hypo strawberries, anerys, and a lone hypo strawberry anery. However, out of 21 eggs, no amels in that strawberry pairing.

So, the revised pairing after knowing the outcome of two other pairings with the sire is as follows:

Plasma het anery, hypo ph amel charcoal X Hypo Blood het anery lavender

From this pairing the hatchling I was most wanting to see was a hypo moonstone blood.

Below are three of the four snakes that hatched from the eight egg clutch (four went bad; it was the dam's first year breeding).

I don't know if this is the brightest hypo plasma, or a gorgeous-pink Avalanche (which would prove out amel in the sire and amel as a hidden het in the dam), or a hypo moonstone blood! I've produced hypo lavenders before that are this bright, but I can't remember how the eyes looked. I feel like lavender is in there, as it's nice and pink...but then again I'm colorblind!

I believe both of these are plasmas. The best part is that all three snakes photo'd here are females. The diffusion on all three is magnificent for females.

Thanks for any help you can lend.

Wow! I can't help you on the morphs, but maybe Shairi can, she's good at that.

Are you holding them all back?

WOW, Very nice Mitch !!

I would put my money on Hypo Moonstone Bloodred. Seems waaaaay to light for a Hypo Plasma.

Absolutley gorgeous man. So, when can I expect you to ship ?? :uhoh:

Thanks to the both of you! Yeah, I'd like to think that that's the morph she is...but I can't shake the whole amel gene. It seems unlikely just because the sire didn't produce any amel-based morphs when paired with the strawberry...but crazier things have happened (i.e., my recent lavamel popping up!).

I'm still clutching her Walt, and my hands aren't cold and dead yet!

I think there is a little too much color in the irises to be homo Amel.
Here is a pic. of the adult Moonstone Bloodred I had here a few years back, just so you can kinda compare........well minus the Hypo part of the equation.

In the meantime, I'll locate me pry-bar ;)

Hahahahahahahaha...that really did make me laugh out loud!

After seeing your moonstone blood, I'm beginning to think I did hit my jackpot!

Btw, I have force fields that surround my house...so keep that in mind!

I agree with Walt. There's too much iris color for amel to be in there, and she kinda reminded me of the bansidhes I hatched out this year (sans eyebrows and with lighter eyes) so I'll bet that lavender, hypo and anery are all at play in there. She also reminds me of Blizzard, that patternless hypo lavender stripe that was sold to me as a blizzard; his eyes are almost identical to hers.

I think you did buddy, congrats !!

As far as the force fields, all I have to do is fly up to the mother ship, upload a virus and that should bring down the fields.........
it worked in Independence Day anyway :shrugs:

Updated photo

Here's two photos of my suspected hypo moonstone blood after HER third shed. I feel as though I had to have hit my target!

Hypo Moonstone Blood. I produced some this year that look exactly like yours. That was one of my hardest clutches when it came to labeling the hatchlings.
Congrats!
